1. What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping charges depend on your order total. We offer USPS First Class shipping. Orders below 69.99 in 8.99 fee, while orders of $69.99 or more are eligible for free shipping.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our cutoff time is 5:00 PM (CST) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time on Friday will be processed the next Monday. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 3-7 business days.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure prompt and efficient service to our customers.
4. What is your return policy for products?
You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, along with all packaging and accessories.
