Returns and Cancellations
Return Period: You may return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Goods: The products must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories intact and undamaged. The original packaging and any included manuals or instructions should also be returned. Please ensure the lantern is not scratched or damaged, and avoid exposing it to liquids or extreme conditions prior to returning.
Cancellation: Order cancellations are permitted within 30 minutes of placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@tosellproductes.com. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Information: Once your refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. The refund process typically takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on your payment provider. If you experience delays, please email us at support@tosellproductes.com.
Return Instructions
Upon receiving your return product, please inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations and functions properly. If the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, free of charge.
If, upon return to our warehouse, the return product shows damage inconsistent with the return request, we will reject your return and send the product back to you, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
Return Request
Before returning a product, please contact us at support@tosellproductes.com to confirm the return procedure. If the return is due to a defect or malfunction, we may ask you to provide photos or a video of the issue. Please retain them until your return or exchange is completed. We will ship replacement lanterns within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation, covering the reshipping costs.
If you are unsatisfied with the lantern for other reasons, we accept returns on items in new and unused condition with original packaging, though you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
