Shipping Rates

Our shipping fees are determined by the total value of your order. We use USPS First Class for deliveries, applying a 8.99 charge for orders under 69.99, while orders of $69.99 or more enjoy free shipping.

Delivery Time

We process orders within 1-2 working days. The cutoff time for order processing is 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, except in cases of holiday extensions. Shipping typically takes 2-5 working days, resulting in an overall delivery time of 3-7 working days, which depends on the shipping method and destination. Customers can monitor their package status through our online customer service. We provide real-time tracking of orders.

We proudly offer our services solely within the United States to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries for our valued customers. At this time, we do not process international orders. Thank you for your understanding and support of our commitment to the domestic market.

Customer Support

Our customer support team can answer any questions or concerns about shipping or delivery. If an order has been processed for more than 10 working days, customers can choose to reship it or receive a $5 coupon as compensation. If a package has not been received after 60 calendar days, customers will receive a full refund and can choose to have the package reshipped or receive a $5 coupon as compensation.

What if the Package Is Lost in Transit?

We apologize, but we cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit. However, you can contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in connecting with the logistics company to file a claim.
